1. 90-day money-back guarantee
Try your Venerova device at home for up to 90 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
2. How to start a return
Email us at info@venerova.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with a returns authorisation and the return address. Please do not send anything back before receiving your authorisation.
3. Condition of returns
Devices should be returned with all original accessories and, where possible, the original packaging. We understand the device will have been used during your trial — normal signs of use are fine.
4. Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
5. Faulty devices
If your device develops a fault within the 3-year protection period, contact us and we will repair or replace it free of charge. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
6. Your 14-day cancellation right
In addition to our 90-day trial, UK law gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Our 90-day guarantee extends well beyond this statutory period.
