These terms govern your use of the Venerova website and any purchases you make from us.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Your order is confirmed once payment is taken through our secure checkout, powered by Shopify. We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

3. Medical disclaimer

Venerova devices are wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Venerova must not be used if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or are being treated for deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Always consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition.

4. 90-day home trial

Every device comes with a 90-day home trial and money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 90 days of delivery, you can return your device for a full refund. See our returns page for how to start a return.

5. Warranty

Every Venerova device is covered by a 3-year protection warranty against manufacturing defects. Refurbished devices are fully tested and certified to the same working standard as new devices.

6. Discount codes

Promotional codes such as quiz credit codes apply to new devices only, are limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers or applied to refurbished products. Minimum spend requirements may apply.
